DESCRIPTION:La révision d’un Plan Local d’Urbanisme est une procédure longue (deux ans environ) et complexe\, encadrée par le Code de l’Urbanisme. \nPour ce faire\, la commune de Champhol est accompagnée des bureaux d’études LM Urbanisme (urbanisme règlementaire)\, Biotope (environnement) et du cabinet Boissy Avocats (suivi juridique de la procédure). \nLa première phase de la révision du PLU consiste en l’élaboration d’un diagnostic territorial qui doit permettre de dresser le portrait de la commune et de mettre en évidence ses atouts et ses faiblesses. \nUne partie de ce diagnostic est réalisée par des recherches  bibliographiques\, ainsi qu’une analyse des données statistiques.
